Unfortunately due to the uprising companies trying to copy our products, we have no choice but to stop providing customer service to those customers who support their pirating products by purchasing from them. Customer support will only be given to customers of Meister-Scale direct. I am sure you understand that we cannot operate under these circumstances. Its like bringing your VW to an Audi dealer and wanting service. No accessories for our kits will be available to those who purchase kits from other unauthorized vendors. If you feel cheated by the unauthorized product(s) that you already purchased, you can contact the company for a refund. Unfortunately these changes must take place in order to provide the best customer service to our ACTUAL customers and insure the longevity of the company whom works hard for you! The main reason why this has to change is we do all the work and product development. We stand firm and will not support them. We can't create new products by losing sales. It's that simple.
